The Registration Process:
Registration is actually a two step process.
(1) The user provides valid information which is stored
in a database by clicking on the register link.
(2) Within the following 24hrs the webmaster will view new registrations and
assign a "user role" to that individual. Subsequent to the role assignment,
when users sign-in, they will be able to view tabs/pages based on their
role assignment.
